Year 7's go into the Stardome!

Going on a journey to find out about the human cell and DNA

A group of our Year 7's were treated to a morning in the Kelle University Stardome - a portable, inflatable 6m diameter planetarium that accommodated the whole group.

Stardome shows can cover many topics, and two Keele University students took our group on a journey into the human cell and DNA.image inside the stardome for skin diagram  image of cells in stardomeThe Stardome was hired to accomodate all TSET schools and was hosted at Redhill School. Students and staff throughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to more like this in the future. For more information on the Stardome, go to
