Year 10 Catering students get a taste of Waiting Skills

Students visit UCB on a Waiter Taster Day

Our Year 10 Catering students had a flavour of how to give outstanding service with professional waiting skills in busy restaurants.  UCB invited our group to their Waiter Skills Tasting Day recently to learn and practice the essential skills required by waiters and bar staff when serving food and drinks to customers. The restaurants and bar at UCB are open to the general public so students could feel what it was like to work in a real restaurant environment.
