Need To Talk?

Pedmore High School provides a range of systems and services in school to help any student who has a problem or issue that needs to be resolved.

Our dedicated team of Form Tutors are the first port of call for any student seeking advice, as they will then be able to support on a daily basis, ensuring any child is ‘fit for learning’.  Our Tutors have all received training through Creative Education to enable them to support their Tutees with confidence.

We have five Heads of Year and a Head of Inclusion who is also our Senior Mental Health Lead.  We also offer a system called ‘Teacher Support’ which enables Teachers to call for support if a student has a concern that needs a swift response.  We have recently appointed two Student Well-being Ambassadors who will offer advice and guidance to our KS3 students through clubs in the Inclusion Centre.

When needed staff may refer students for support with other agencies such as School Nurse, LEAP and other recognised services.
