Dear Students, Parents and Carers,

 

Welcome to the Pedmore High School, a place where the quality of relationships and individual support is excellent: students know staff care for them. Pastoral care is a clear strength and ensures that students and staff feel safe, valued and are happy to be part of our school. Visitors comment on the family feel which is tangible around the school. This leads to high quality relationships, good behaviour, with students being polite and courteous.

 

This is an ambitious school that creates opportunities to enable students to grow into well-rounded individuals. Students have access to a broad and balanced curriculum which meets their individual needs. This is supported by the excellent facilities in the school, including extensive playing fields, refurbished classrooms, a well-stocked library and a swimming pool. 

 

This is an exciting time to join the school, with ongoing curriculum development and major refurbishing and rebuilding planned as part of the government’s School Rebuilding Programme.
